Aalborg Krisecenter (women's shelter) Aalborg womens shelter is a temporary safe house for women exiting domestic violence providing housing, legal advice, courses and support for women and children rebuilding their lives. Enggarden, Fountain Club House (Thy) Engaarden is a community-based farm and service for people who are living with mental health issues. The farm has a creative unit that provides a restorative environment for people whose lives are&nbsp; disrupted due to their mental. The concept of a clubhouse — which was pioneered by Fountain House in the 1940s — starts with the idea that “community is therapy.” Enggarden is the host institution in our lim artist placement collaboration with Inga Gerner Nielsen and Sóley Ragnarsdóttir. Hjerterummet, Blå Kors (Aalborg) Hjerterummet (hearspace) is a cafe-shelter for people with homelessness experiences and social displacement providing meals, resting space, activities, advice and support to people experiencing homelessness. Neonatalafsnit, Aalborg Universitetshospital (NICU, Aalborg) The NICU at Aalborg University Hospital is a family intensive care unit for premature born babies and babies born with complications, who also participate in postnatal educational programmes for families with prematurely born children. Sundhedsplejen (maternity services, Aalborg) Maternity services is the local public maternity services that do postnatal care, house visits, clinics, organise parent groups and deliver postnatal family education. Huset i Hasserisgade (Aalborg) Huset is an independent public culture house with music venue, crafts workshops, artist studios, meeting space, exhibition rooms, vegan cafes, and an artist flat. Asylum Center Ranum &nbsp;(Vest Himmerland) The asylum center established in October 2012, serves as the main center for the Asylum Department, accommodating up to 325 asylum seekers. The center employs various staff including educators, an administrative leader, technicians, nurses, and a health visitor, offering comprehensive support to residents. Read more here. Asylcenter Holstebro (Vesthimmerland) Asylcenter Holstebro established in November 2014 in Dansk Metal's former training center is located 2.5 km from Holstebro city center and close to shopping facilities and the train station. The center houses 300 residents who are responsible for daily tasks such as cleaning and cooking. Residents receive a cash allowance every 14 days which varies depending on their status. Children are cared for at home until the age of three after which they attend local institutions while adults receive education at the center. The staff includes pedagogues service workers a department manager and nurses. Volunteers run a thrift shop and café at the center. We translate as much of our programming and activities as possible into Danish in order to welcome the Danish speaking local communities. Anyone can enrol as an active or supporting member - we have a monthly organising meeting the first Friday every month - contact us to hear more. We operate on a modest budget with project based support from local, regional, and national public funding as well as support from private foundations. Most art workers experience financial precarity even though severity might differ. We prioritise distributing funds towards artists, curators, and artworkers on projects, and cover all costs associated in the project instead of having full or part time employees. If possible, we create small employment contracts. Our current aim is to fundraise towards paying artworkers to carry out collective organising tasks that are not specific to existing projects, which currently are carried out unpaid. We are a space-less platform that organises online, in our private studio spaces, or in spaces we collaborate with, such as Buens Bog Cafe, Huset i Hasserisgade, and Enggarden Fountain House. Society of Molecules explores how art can create new forms of presence, sensory experience, and reflection within healthcare environments. Through artistic interventions developed for the Midwifery Centre in Aalborg, the project highlights the interplay between body, psyche, and surroundings in the context of pregnancy and childbirth. Drawing on a biopsychosocial approach to health—and inspired by fields such as epigenetics and interpersonal neurobiology—the works bring artistic knowledge into a clinical setting. The participating artists, several with experience in care work, use sound, care design, and tactile objects to create environments that support embodied knowledge and cultural anchoring for those who are pregnant or giving birth. Society of Molecules aims to expand the space between art, health, and everyday life, inviting the healthcare system to reflect on its own practices in dialogue with citizens. The exhibition presents works by Tanja Schlander, Sara Hagins, Eva Posas &amp; Alan Sierra, Liesel Burisch, and Kamilla Mez. The programme forms the basis for exploring how critical contemporary art can be curated within the healthcare sector. As a two-year pilot project, it seeks to test and develop new methods and collaborative models for interdisciplinary practice and curatorial approaches in this context. Society of Molecules is a collaboration between ARIEL – Feminisms in the Aesthetics, the Aalborg-based artist collective Lím Collective, the Aalborg Midwifery Centre at Aalborg University Hospital, and the hospital’s task force Patientnær Kunst og Kultur. Gennem kunstneriske interventioner udviklet til Aalborg Jordemodercenter&nbsp; fremhæver projektet samspillet mellem krop, psyke og omgivelser i forbindelse med graviditet og fødsel. Med afsæt i en bio-psyko-social tilgang til sundhed – og inspireret af felter som epigenetik og interpersonel neurobiologi – bringer værkerne kunstnerisk viden ind i en klinisk sammenhæng. De deltagende kunstnere, hvoraf flere har erfaring fra omsorgsarbejde, anvender lyd, omsorgsdesign og taktile objekter til at skabe miljøer, der understøtter kropslig viden og kulturel forankring for dem, der er gravide eller fødende. Samfund af Bindinger har til formål at udvide rummet mellem kunst, sundhed og hverdagsliv og inviterer sundhedsvæsenet til at reflektere over egne praksisser i dialog med borgerne. Udstillingen præsenterer værker af Tanja Schlander, Sara Hagins, Eva Posas &amp; Alan Sierra, Liesel Burisch og Kamilla Mez. He is the founder of the textile workshop Bari-Bari in Holstebro, which explores textiles and sustainability in relation to the global climate crisis and narratives from the Global South. Through his projects, Maro works as a facilitator, creating spaces for shared learning, resource exchange, and community-making across artistic and activist contexts. Moreover, he helps build bridges across groups and people and displines by initiating non-formal dialogues and engaging in translation work that fosters understanding and collaboration. Alberto Maro, Organisator og facilitator, lim collective Alberto Maro er tekstil- og modedesigner med en lang karriere inden for skrædderi og som community-organisator. Han er grundlægger af tekstilværkstedet Bari-Bari i Holstebro, som undersøger tekstiler og bæredygtighed i relation til den globale klimakrise og fortællinger fra det Globale Syd. Gennem sine projekter arbejder Maro som facilitator og skaber rum for fælles læring, ressourceudveksling og fællesskabsdannelse på tværs af kunstneriske og aktivistiske kontekster. Derudover hjælper han med at bygge bro mellem grupper, mennesker og discipliner ved at igangsætte uformelle dialoger og engagere sig i oversættelsesarbejde, der fremmer forståelse og samarbejde. Hans praksis understreger kollektiv skabelse og nye måder at organisere arbejde på som svar på sociale og miljømæssige udfordringer.
