lím collective is dedicated to creating infrastructures and resources for developing  care methodologies and improved working conditions for artists who work with immaterial components and community work, pedagogy, healing, resistance and activism.

One of the ways we work on this is in our Arts/Care Development Programme, which includes peer-to-peer workshops, consultation opportunities, and professional development initiatives directed at specific challenges and risks, tools and resources for artists working on care, as well as monitoring, evaluation and access to personal development and therapeutic support for the artists. lím collective er dedikeret til at skabe infrastrukturer og ressourcer til at udvikle omsorgsmetoder og forbedrede arbejdsforhold for kunstnere, hvis praksis involverer sociale og immaterielle perspektiver, healing, modstand og aktivisme.
